Jari E.Vepsalainen, Co-Chairman, Independent Power Producers Forum

Jari E.Vepsalainen, Co-Chairman and Chairman of China Outreach Committee of the Independent Power Producers Forum which committee is facilitating Chinese foreign energy investment on global scale.

In this earlier assignments, Mr. Vepsäläinen has been actively involved as strategic investments advisor in the People’ s Republic of China for more the 25 years where he has managed direct foreign investments into China at petrochemical, energy, shipbuilding, telecommunication and renewable energy fields.

Mr. Vepsäläinen is a graduate of the Classical College in Finland, received a Master’s Degree at University of Lapland in 1983, was appointed a doctoral candidate and visiting scholar at the People’s University of China in Beijing and the Sun Yat-Sen University in Guangzhou for the period of 1985-1988. Mr. Vepsäläinen served as Assistant Professor at the University of Lapland and his China publication include pre-doctorate licenciate dissertation on Foreign Investment in China

At IPPF China Outreach, Mr. Vepsäläinen is heading a team global energy experts which team concentrate on paving the way of Chinese foreign energy investments abroad, assisting companies to go global and partner with international power producers, technology companies, advisors and investment funds.

独立电力生产商协会联席主席 亚 里

亚 里， 独立电力生产商协会联席主席、独立电力生产商协会(IPPF)的中国外延委员会主席，该委员会在全球范围内促进中国的对外能源投资。

25年多以来，亚里一直在中华人民共和国积极地参与战略投资顾问，并且在化工、能源、造船、电讯以及再生能源的领域内管理向中国的直接外国投资。

亚里毕业于芬兰Classical College学院，1983年获得拉普兰大学的硕士学位，在1985-1988年期间作为博士研究生和访问学者被派往中国人民大学和在广州中山大学。亚里曾在拉普兰大学担任助教，其有关中国的出版物包括作为博士学位论文“在中国的外国投资”。

作为IPPF联席主席，亚里正带领该协会中国外延委员会全球能源专家组，集中于为中国对外能源投资铺平道路，并协助公司走向全球并与国际性的能源生产者、技术公司、顾问和投资基金达成合作伙伴。
