伊夫-波利特，欧洲清算银行首席执行官，负责欧洲清算银行的运营、客户服务、全球银行和网络管理。波利特先生亦为欧洲清算银行银行董事会成员和欧洲清算系统集团延伸管理委员会成员。此前，波利特先生负责欧洲清算银行的业务部门以及欧洲清算银行的网络管理。2007年以来波利特先生还负责在欧洲清算系统集团的精益项目。波利特先生于1991年加入欧洲清算系统，在金融和风险管理部门担任高级职务。在转到企业战略与产品管理部门之前，波利特先生在其他货币顺利过渡到欧元方面发挥了影响力。2001年，担任法国欧元清算系统副总经理；2002年返回布鲁塞尔总部，负责四个中央证券并入欧洲清算系统组。此外，波利特先生拥有电子工程学士学位和工商管理硕士学位。

Yves Poullet, Chief Executive Officer of Euroclear Bank, is responsible for Euroclear Bank’s Operations, Client Service, Banking and Network Management divisions worldwide. Mr Poullet is also a member of the Euroclear Bank Board of Directors and the Euroclear Group Extended Management Committee.

Previously, Mr Poullet headed Euroclear Bank's Operations division, as well as Euroclear Bank’s Network Management group. Since 2007, Mr Poullet also oversees the Lean program at Euroclear group level.

Mr Poullet joined Euroclear in 1991 and held a number of increasingly senior positions in the Finance and Risk Management divisions. He was influential in the smooth transition to the euro, before his move to the Corporate Strategy & Product Management division. In 2001, he relocated to Euroclear France in Paris as Deputy General Manager, returning to Brussels in 2002, at which time he oversaw the integration of four central securities depositories into the Euroclear group.
 

Mr Poullet is Chairman of TransConstellation asbl/vzw, a non-profit entity promoting Belgium as a centre of excellence for financial transaction services.

Mr. Poullet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium) and a degree in Business Administration from the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium).
