欧洲复兴开发银行副行长兼首席财务官

安德拉斯•西莫于2013年7月加入欧洲复兴开发银行担任副行长（政策），之前一直担任匈牙利央行行长及私营领域的高级职务。在2014年10月，他被任命为欧洲复兴开发银行副行长（财经）兼首席财务官。

西莫先生从2007年至2013年担任匈牙利央行行长。1999年至2007年，他是德勤（匈牙利）的主席及主管合伙人，并担任德勤欧洲中央区的董事委员。在此之前，从1998年到2002年，他是布达佩斯证券交易所的非执行董事长。1997年到1998年，担任CAIB投资银行集团（维也纳）的董事总经理委员会的主席，1989到1997年担任Creditanstalt证券的首席执行官及董事长。

西莫先生与2010年获得由《欧洲货币新兴市场》杂志颁发的新兴欧洲年度中央银行家奖项。2001年获得《商业周刊（欧洲版）》颁发的“欧洲最佳企业经理50人”的称号。

Andras Simor

Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of EBRD

Andras Simor joined the EBRD in July 2013 as Vice President Policy after serving as Governor of the National Bank of Hungary and previously holding senior positions in the private sector. In October 2014, he was appointed Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Simor was the Governor of the National Bank of Hungary from 2007 to 2013. From 1999 to 2007, he was Chairman and Office Managing Partner at Deloitte Hungary and a member of the Board of Directors for Deloitte Central Europe. Prior to this, he was non-executive Chairman of the Board of the Budapest Stock Exchange, from 1998 to 2002. He was Chairman of the Managing Board of CAIB Investment Bank A.G., Vienna, 1997 to 1998 and Chairman and CEO of Creditanstalt Securities from 1989 to 1997.

Mr Simor was named ‘Central Banker of the Year for Emerging Europe’ by Euromoney Emerging Markets Magazine in 2010 and ‘One of the top 50 Business Executives in Europe’ by Business Week Europe in 2001.
