CCPIT Beijing Sub-Council Aid LIU Qi for his Visit of the Laos and Nepal
2011-11-15
In line with the overall arrangement of foreign affairs of the central government and Beijing Municipality, CCPIT Beijing Sub-Council was commissioned with relevant economic and trade promotion activities during Mr. LIU Qi’s visit of the Laos and Nepal. From October 31 to November 10, 2011, deputy president of CCPIT Beijing Mr. NI Yuegang, together with a working team, accompanied Mr. Mr. LIU Qi, member of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Secretary of the CPC Beijing Commission, with his outbound foreign tour.
Another high light and achievement of the visit was that CCPIT Beijing Sub-Council was specially introduced to the Laos’ and Nepal after which their National Chamber of Commerce and Industry and other relevant institutions showed great interest of co-operation. Local featured commodity exhibition, art crafts and finance were likely to become the first co-operative project or fields.
With our efforts and resources, special coverage or reprint by national or local Beijing news media had maximized the effect of the visit. Media outlets like Xinhua News Agency, People’s Daily, Beijing Daily or BTV etc., all gave their special or dedicated report or reprint over the visit which has substantially amplified our council’s reputation and recognition.
Co-operative agreements were signed and coupled with successful relevant trade promotion activities due to our advance meticulous preparation and organization.
The work done by our council was hard but fruitful.
