张宏霖博士为长江商学院经济学访问教授，美国伊利诺伊州立大学教授。1996年，获得美国科罗拉多大学经济学博士学位，随后获得美国哈佛大学博士后（1996-97）。1997年至今在美国伊利诺伊州立大学任教并开展研究工作。张博士还是美国英文期刊《中国经济》（The Chinese Economy）副主编，《中国经济与外贸研究》（Journal of Chinese Economics and Foreign Trade Studies）、《开放城市研究》（The Open Urban Studies Journal）期刊编辑顾问委员会成员，中国留美经济学会（Chinese Economists Society）两届副会长（2000-01, 2002-03），多个知名学术团体成员。主要研究领域包括 国际贸易及国际金融，跨国公司及外国直接投资，服务行业与外国直接投资，中国经济，经济增长与发展战略以及城市与区域经济发展。

Dr. Zhang is a visiting professor of Economics at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, and a Professor of Economics at Illinois University. He received his Ph.D. from Colorado University in 1996 and was at Harvard Fellow from 1996 to 1997. Zhang's teaching interests include Principles of Economics, International Trade, International Finance, and Advanced International Economic Analysis.

AchievementsHe is on the editorial board of The Chinese Economy, the Journal of Chinese Economics and Foreign Trade Studies and the Open Urban Studies Journal, and has been a committee member of The Chinese Economists Society.
