邓伟信先生 BMO银行金融集团总裁兼首席执行官

邓伟信先生于2007年3月1日被正式任命为BMO银行金融集团的总裁兼首席执行官。

邓伟信先生于1983年加入蒙特利尔银行，并曾先后在美国和多伦多担任过多个高级管理职务。1999年，他被任命为蒙特利尔银行副主席。又于2001年被任命为BMO银行金融集团副主席兼BMO利时证券公司首席执行官。2006年，邓伟信先生被任命为BMO银行金融集团首席运营官。

邓伟信先生是北京大学光华管理学院国际顾问委员会的成员和万宝盛华公司的执行董事。邓伟信先生还是Catalyst机构的理事和董事会顾问，芝加哥经济俱乐部的成员，并曾出任美联储联邦咨询委员会主席。

邓伟信先生在加拿大威尔弗里德•劳里埃大学取得文学学士学位，在多伦多大学获得工商管理硕士学位。2003年，他更获得多伦多大学约瑟夫罗特曼管理学院的商界杰出人士校友奖。

William DownePresident and Chief Executive Officer BMO Financial Group

William Downe is President and Chief Executive Officer of BMO Financial Group. He was appointed CEO on March 1, 2007.

Mr. Downe joined Bank of Montreal in 1983 and held a variety of senior management positions in Canada and the U.S. In 1999, he was appointed Vice-Chair, Bank of Montreal and, in 2001, he was named Deputy Chair of BMO Financial Group and Chief Executive Officer, BMO Nesbitt Burns. In 2006, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of BMO Financial Group.

He is a member of the International Advisory Council of Guanghua School of Management at Peking University and is a Director of ManpowerGroup. Mr. Downe is also a director of Catalyst and a member of Catalyst’s Canadian Board of Advisors. He is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and Past President of the Federal Reserve Board’s Federal Advisory Council.

Mr. Downe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto. In 2003, he received the Rotman Distinguished Business Alumni Award from the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management.
