Charlotte is one of the Marketing Managers at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, working on specific marketing and communications projects in order to build the V&A’s overall brand and organisational effectiveness and meet agreed visitor targets. Responsibilities include implementing marketing communications strategies for major exhibitions, displays, gallery openings and events. Recent exhibition marketing campaigns include Hollywood Costume and David Bowie is - two of the Museum's most popular exhibitions in the last 10 years. She is currently managing the marketing campaign for the V&A's major autumn exhibition - Masterpieces of Chinese Painting 700-1900. Charlotte is also the senior marketing representative for the Museum's digital communications activity and oversees the V&A's use of social media.
