巴西圣保罗工业联合会拥有132家商业团体，代表140,000家境内公司的利益，活跃在经济、工业和商业政策等领域。

巴西圣保罗工业联合会旨在增强巴西经济实力，其范围不仅仅局限于圣保罗，而是一个面向全国的组织，并且是巴西最大的专业性的工业联合会。

巴西圣保罗工业联合会有九个主题委员会，由罗伯特·西蒙研究所（IRS）协调起草部门活动大纲，涵盖经济研究学、国际关系与对外贸易、基础设施、环境、竞争力与科技、微型及中小型企业领域。

为保证各个生产领域的全面发展，该联合会还为粮食与农业、建筑业、皮革与鞋类、纺织品与服装业以及国防工业下领域等建立了专门委员会。另外还专门设有青年企业家文化活动与社会责任委员会。

FIESP is a Federation of the Industries of the State of São Paulo with a membership of 132 business associations, representing more than 140,000 companies in the state and engaging in a variety of activities relevant to the economy, industry and commercial policy.

FIESP — Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo aims at transforming Brazil into a great economic power, and does not limit itself to the borders of the State of São Paulo. It is, above all, a project for the Country.It is the largest professional body in Brazilian industry.

FIESP has nine Thematic Boards, coordinated by the Roberto Simonsen Institute (IRS) that draws-up the guidelines for the work of the departments: Economic Surveys and Studies, International Relations and Foreign Trade, Infrastructure, Environment, Competitiveness and Technology, Micro, Small and Medium Industries.

To guarantee equal growth of the different productive groups they have also created committees for the sectors: Food and Agribusiness, Construction, Mining, Leather and Footwear, Textiles and Garments and Defence Industry. There is also a committee of Young Entrepreneurs, Cultural Action and Social Responsibility.
