商会简介：

意大利驻中国商会（以下简称“商会”）是设立于中华人民共和国（以下简称“中国”）境内，由意大利及其他国家的商界人士、企业家及经济组织自愿参加、经选举产生的社团。

商会的主要目的是促进两国商界人士、企业家和经济组织间的贸易、工业、文化关系的发展，其主要职能是：促进两国企业和经济组织间各种形式的经济和技术合作的发展，促进与意资企业在华有联系的企业和经济组织间各种形式的经济和技术合作发展，为会员挖掘合作创意并予以协助。为会员收集、并提供关于中国市场发展的经济、金融、商务、社会、税收和法律等方面的信息，提供商业机遇、商业计划、直接投资、技术转让、工业合作的机会。

近年来，中国意大利商会致力于同外交机构、意大利及外国公共和私人机构合作，促进、协调、实施共同计划和活动，增进了同其他地区的友好交流和了解。

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (hereafter Chamber) is a free and elective association incorporated in the People`s Republic of China. It is made up of Italian and foreign entrepreneurs and economic organizations.

The Chamber shall foster the development of commercial, industrial and cultural relationships between Italian and Chinese operators, entrepreneurs and economic organizations. To that end, the Chamber shall: Foster the development of any economic and technical co-operation between companies and economic organizations in both countries and in relation to the activity of companies incorporated in China, which represent Italian interests; Provide co-operation and assistance services to the Chamber"s Members and to any requesting parties; Collect and provide economic/legal information on the developments of the Chinese market and its relevant legislation to its Members and any requesting parties as well as single out and publicize opportunities, commercial and industrial co-operation projects and projects concerning transfer of technology.
