The Republic of Turkey North Anatolian Development Agency (KUZKA) is a regional development institution that was established having regard to Decision No. 27299 of the Council of Ministers promulgated in the Official Newspapaer on 25 July 2009, based on the Act 5449. The headquarter of agency covering TR82 NUTS 2 Region (The provinces of Kastamonu, Cankiri and Sinop) is in Kastamounu. The organization structure of the Agency consists of Development Committee, Excutive Committee and General Secretariat.

The duties and authority if investment support offices that operate in the provinces of Kastamonu, Cankiri and Sinop are as follows: Coordinating and pursuing the investments on behalf of the executive commiitee in order to conclude private investors’ obligations e.g. tasks and transactions, and permissions and licence that are under authority of public institutons and organizations. Guiding and informing potential investors about criteria in the relevant legislation and required documents, to conduct preliminary examination and to inform the provincial governorship and General Secreteriat about tasks and transactions.
