美中商业文化协会成立于2004年，是一个非盈利、非政治、非党派、非宗教的商业文化组织。总部位于美国加州首府萨克拉门托市，在美国洛杉矶、旧金山和中国上海都设有办事处。

美中商业文化协会致力于通过美中两国之间多方位的深度商业合作和文化交流，增强两国人民间的了解，加深两国人民间的友谊和信赖，在互利互惠的前提下创造一个更加和谐，更多元，更加稳定的21世纪美中双赢的新局面。

U.S. - China Business & Culture Association is a non-profit, non-political, non-partisan, non-religious public charity organization, based in Sacramento, California, with three officers in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and one office in Shanghai, China.

Our mission is to promote the business opportunity and culture exchanges in a mutual respect, mutual benefits fashion between the United States and China, to further advance the partnership and friendship for both countries in 21 Century.
