China Gift: Cultural Connotation and Quality Life

China (Beijing) Gift Trading Conference & Quality Life Culture Exhibition will be exhibited today.
"China (Beijing) Gift Trading Conference and China (Beijing) Quality Life and Culture Exhibition" organized by China Etiquette Leisure Product Industry Association, which is one of the sub-venue activities of the 8th Cultural & Creative Industry Expo, will be held in China International Exhibition Center from 21 to 24 October. The exhibition starts China gift brand cultivation activities and consumption activities of benefiting people in the corresponding time, promoting brand cultivation, resource integration and market expansion through an industry platform. This activity gets response from and is supported by the local governments, industry management departments and key enterprises in more than ten key producing areas, such as Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang, Shanxi, Jiangsu, etc. In the exhibition, more than 200 companies in key producing areas from more than ten provinces and cities, such as Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shanxi, Guangxi, Yunnan, etc. will focus on exhibiting wood carving, stone carving, jade carving, post cards, folk-custom, intangible cultural heritage, ethnic handicrafts, wooden toys, creative toys and gifts, etc., including a number of products exported to the international markets by large export enterprises.
The exhibition adheres to the concept of "developing the etiquette leisure industry, and meeting the diverse consumer demand" and "fulfilling life through leisure, and bearing culture through etiquette," focusing on Chinese culture communication and China gift brand cultivation, and advocating cultural implant, creative design and market expansion. During the exhibition, it will advertise to promote wooden toy culture, jade culture, and leisure culture; it will organize experts to provide free live treasure appraisal advice and collection and appreciation lectures; it will organize "China Gift Award" China Gift Creative Design Competition, treasure hunting of "my favorite gift," test drive of balance cars, motivating somatosensory movement experience, personal show of yo-yo masters and other popular cultural activities for encouraging the public participation.
"China Gift Award" China Gift Design Competition in 2013 guided and supported by China National Light Industry Council and hosted by China Etiquette Leisure Product Industry Association enters final stage in the exhibition. This Award has been held for six times, gathering the works of arts and crafts masters in the industry and provinces and cities, in which a number of winners have been promoted as national arts and crafts masters. The China Gift Award held this time requires that the submitted works should be cultural, creative, marketing, practical and environmentally friendly. In the exhibition, the treasure hunting activity of "my favorite gift" will be organized for the collected China gift design works, the public comments on the submitted works will be consulted, the professional assessment will be combined with the audience assessment, and it will be ultimately submitted to China National Light Industry Council for approval and record.
