Artistic License: Leveraging Thousand Trillion New Forces of Cultural Consumption

"2013 Beijing International Art Licensing Trade Fair" which is one of the activities of the 8th Cultural & Creative Industry Expo will be held in Beijing Galaxy SOHO from November 7 to 10.
 
The art licensing has a short history of development in China. Since the art licensing trade and design exhibition was held for the first time in the 4th Cultural & Creative Industry Expo in 2009, it has been committed to driving the promotion and development of the art licensing in China. The art licensing is taken as the main promotion content of the successive Cultural & Creative Industry Expos held after 2009, from the concept popularization to the promotion of docking the upstream, midstream and downstream industry chains in the art licensing field.
 
International Art Licensing Trade Fair held in the current Cultural & Creative Industry Expo aims at promoting the rapid and healthy development of the art licensing field, strengthening the communication with the international licensing field, constructing an upstream and downstream dialogue mechanism in the licensing industry, stimulating cultural consumption, bringing art into life and brining life into art. The activity is consisted of exhibitions, brand promotion transactions and "China Licensed 20 People" Forum.
 
Art licensing brand exhibition and experience area has built a platform for exhibiting the art licensing products and the art licensing concepts for manufactures of top brands at home and abroad, gathering a number of brands, including Hong Kong Click, Yuanhengli Antique Furniture, Beijing Dream City, Artkey, Guangdong ZOKE Culture Group and other domestic and international high-end authorized agencies. In addition, it is also provided with an "art licensing experience special area" and a "household effect exhibiting experience area" so that visitors have an immersive feeling for the joy of life and taste resulted from art licensing goods.
 
Art licensing special promotion will organize two activities, namely, "cultural brand licensor special promotion" and "exhibiting brand licensing and market promotion," respectively. Six to eight domestic and foreign well-known authorized agencies will carry out brand promotion, publish brand information, promote the licensing concept, and provide one-to-one trade negotiation services so that the licensed brands are docked with the market demands.
 
In the "China Licensed 20 People-Opinion Discussion in Xishan" Forum, the president of LIMA, experts in the domestic and foreign licensing industry, responsible person of well-known authorized agencies, representatives of authorized agents, etc., will be invited to have an in-depth discussion with the theme of "brand transformation of the original animation and the culture art" and "cultural art licensing and new industrialization".
