Guangxi: A Number of Products With Cultural Characteristics will Make a Debut

Guangxi exhibition group in the current Cultural & Creative Industry Expo will take the theme of "developing the special cultural industry, and building strong national culture zone," focusing on the promotion of "Guangxi embroidery," Nixing pottery, Southern Pearl and other cultural products with Guangxi characteristics. Heng County, which is the origin of jasmine tea of multiple old tea houses in Beijing, will make a debut in Beijing Cultural & Creative Industry Expo and will provide tea art performance on the scene as a supplementary.
The cultural product with characteristics, "Guangxi embroidery," which is promoted by Guangxi for the first time, is a new culture brand that Guangxi Jinzhuangjin Culture and Arts Co., Ltd. has made efforts to create in recent years. By making use of the traditional embroidery skills and cultural symbols of Guangxi long-dwelling nationalities, such as Zhuang nationality, Yao nationality, Dong nationality, Miao nationality, Mulao nationality, Shui nationality, etc., embroidery paintings and embroidery products which combine the traditional skills and fashionable aesthetic appreciation are produced by organizing rural embroidery women. Guangxi Qinzhou Nixing pottery, which is one of "Four Famous Potteries in China," will promote new products and quality products and will provide a new option for collectors. Beihai pearl jewelries will also be presented in the exhibition site.
Guangxi will also fully demonstrate China-ASEAN Live-action Creative Park (Jinyuan). The creative park is planned and implemented by Mei Shuaiyuan, who is the founder of Chinese landscape live-action performance. The project has the core of the urban interactive live-action performance theater and is supported by the atmosphere building and commercial facilities of style performance scenery blocks so as to build the most internationally attractive cultural tourism creative park in Nanning which is the capital of Guangxi and the best travel destination of the middle- and high-end culture, leisure and consumption.
The cultivation of jasmines in Hengxian of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region which make a debut began in the Ming Dynasty. Currently, in the whole county, the cultivated area of jasmines is 100,000 mu, the annual output is 80,000 tons of jasmine flowers, and there are more than 150 jasmine tea processing enterprises. The output of jasmines and the output of scented tea account for 80% of the national total output and 70% of the world total output. In 2000, Hengxian won the title of "Hometown of Jasmines in China." Hengxian International Jasmine Cultural Festival won the award of "Most International Influential Festival" in Chinese National Festivals, forming an effective carrier for the development of integrating culture and agriculture, as well as culture and tourism. In 2012, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Cultural Department awarded Hengxian the title of one of the first characteristic cultural industry project demonstration counties. In addition, Guangxi exhibition group will also promote 35 investment attracting projects.
