The Development Index of Cultural Industry is Annual increasing by 2.47%

We reports by journalist on Dec.23rd 2012 that, on Dec.22nd,China Renming University has declared Chinese Provinces and Cities Cultural Industry Development Index (2012).Beijing has ranked the first in composite index for 3 continuous years, Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangdong and Zhejing followed, and Tianjin had made the largest improvement, which rise from the seventh last year to the third.
Chinese Provinces and Cities Cultural Industry Development Index (2012) has using the statistic data and survey data in 2011 to evaluate the cultural industrial development status for each province, municipality and autonomous region. This time, it has declared the top 10 provinces and cities by index of Composite Index, Productivity index, Influence Index, Driving Force Index.
Professor Peng Yi,the Execute Chainman of China Renming University's Cultural Industry Study Academy, introduced that, seeing from the whole of the “2012 China Provinces and Cities Cultural Industrial Development Index”, the development index average in each provinces and cities of our country is basically increasing, the index average of 2011 increased by 3.91% from 2010 and this year it increased 3.91% comparing with 2011,the annual average growing ratio is 2.47%;in those top 10 provinces and cities with highest growing ratio, 7 provinces and cities were located in central and western areas. This has indicated that, with the poor basis of our cultural industry, we gained a large improving space, as well as the strong support of Develop-the-west Strategy to cultural industry.
