阿尼尔∙凯恩先生, 世界风能协会主席，同时担任印度风能协会主席；曾任印度巴罗达大君大学副校长，机械工程学博士、法律和工业行政管理学士学位。

凯恩先生获得许多印度国家奖项，其中包括：印度国家研究与发展理事会国家奖，印度巴特纳加尔科学技术奖，古吉拉特工业企业联合会“科技进步奖” 等奖项。还撰写和出版了许多关于海水淡化、机械和化工领域的书刊和出版物，并拥有三个发明专利荣誉。 凯恩先生同时担任古吉拉特邦沿海地区发展委员会成员，印度仲裁理事会仲裁小组成员，印度联邦工商仲裁和调节审理委员会成员，国际顾问委员会成员。

Anil Kane is the President, World Wind Energy Association and Chairman, Indian Wind Energy Association. His basic degree is Mechanical Engineering. He has a diploma in Industrial Administration and Management, a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and LLB (International Law).

He is also a member of Indian Council of Arbitration. He has received 3 National Awards namely NRDC National Award, SS Bhatnagar Research Endowment Award and Award by the Federation of Gujarat Mills & Industries for his scientific research .

He in his career has served as a member on the Governing Bodies or Research Advisory Committees of various research organizations. He has to his credit 23 research papers published in journals of repute in India and abroad.
