Nelson Griggs was recently promoted to Senior Vice President, Head of Asia Pacific and is in his eleventh year with NASDAQ OMX. Prior to this role, Mr. Griggs was Vice President, New Listings in the Corporate Client Group of the NASDAQ OMX Stock Market, Inc.  In this position, Mr. Griggs was responsible for managing NASDAQ’s efforts to deliver the benefits of the exchanges superior market structure and value-added services to prospective listed companies. In addition, he led the NASDAQ team in Canada that supports existing companies, products sales and new listings.  Mr. Griggs has helped NASDAQ attract over $330 Billion in market capitalization of transfers from its primary competitor. Prior to this role, Mr. Griggs was a Managing Director in NASDAQ’s corporate client services group where he worked with currently listed NASDAQ companies.  Prior to his tenure at NASDAQ, Mr. Griggs worked for Fidelity Investments and a San Francisco based start-up.  Mr. Griggs graduated from Denison University in Granville, OH.
