Francois Meslier,Secretary General of International Council on Large Electric Systems 弗朗索瓦•梅利耶(Francois Meslier) 先生,现任国际大电网组织(CIGRE)秘书长,同时担任地中海地区电力企业协会(MEDELEC) 秘书长 弗朗索瓦•梅利耶先生,此前一直在法国国家电力公司工作,有39年的电力工作经验。先后担任过多项职务:法国国家电力研发部项目项目经理、电力负荷预测部负责人和电网规划部负责人、以及巴黎东部电力业务部大客户营销、电网和3个燃煤电厂负责人;20世纪90年代,先后担任法国电力传输网主任,法国电力公司海外部执行董事;最后在法国电力公司总部担任高级副总裁,负责加快开发环法国电力并网的进程。 弗朗索瓦•梅利耶先生毕业于巴黎高等理工学院, 拥有巴黎第九大学管理学博士学位。 François Meslier is Secretary General of CIGRE, the largest worldwide organization for high-voltage power grids. He has also been the Secretary General of MEDELEC, the Association of the Electricity Companies around the Mediterranean Sea. He has gone through his whole career at EDF, over 39 years, where he has assumed various positions: Project manager of the R&D Division, Head of the forecasting unit, and Head of the network planning unit. He then took a Business Unit East of Paris, in charge of sales to large customers, of the transmission network, and with 3 coal fired power plants. He has also been the Director of the French Transmission network in the 1990s, then the Executive Director of EDF in the French overseas department. His last duty was at the General Directorate, to speed up the process of developing interconnection lines around France. French and British citizen, he graduated from Ecole Polytechnique. He is also a Doctor in Management from the University Paris IX Dauphine.
