宝洁公司简介

宝洁公司始创于1837年，总部位于美国俄亥俄州辛辛那提市，是世界上最大的日用消费品公司。2014-2015财政年度宝洁公司销售总额为840多亿美元，在《财富》杂志2015年全球500强企业中排名第100位。宝洁公司在全球拥有约11万员工，在全球70多个国家和地区设有工厂及分公司，所经营的品牌产品畅销180多个国家和地区，其中包括织物及家居护理、美发美容、婴儿及家庭护理、健康护理等。

宝洁公司于1988年进入中国大陆，目前在广州、北京、上海、成都、天津、苏州等地设有多家工厂和运营机构，员工总数逾八千人，在华投资总额逾十八亿美元。

多年来，宝洁在中国的业务有特色地迅速发展,。宝洁公司是中国主要的日用消费品公司之一，吉列、舒肤佳、玉兰油、帮宝适、汰渍及飘柔等品牌深受消费者喜爱。宝洁目前在中国的品牌还包括：潘婷、海飞丝、沙宣、伊卡璐、SK-II、护舒宝、佳洁士、欧乐-B、碧浪、博朗等多种产品。

伴随着公司的业务发展，宝洁的中国员工得到不断的培养和成长。如今，在宝洁大中华区，越来越多的中国籍员工担任起重要的管理职位，中国籍的员工占员工总数的98%以上，宝洁大中华区已成为向宝洁其他市场的人才输出地。

在业务发展的同时，宝洁也一直致力于作模范的企业公民。宝洁向中国的各项公益事业捐款的总额超过三亿元人民币，用于教育、卫生及救灾等各个方面。例如：宝洁到目前为止已向希望工程累计捐款八千万元人民币，在全国28个省、自治区兴建了200所希望小学，是在华跨国公司中捐建希望小学数目最多的公司。

Together with company business development, P&G’s China staff has grown rapidly.  P&G China currently has around 7,000 employees in China, over 98% of whom are Chinese nationals. P&G China exports more managerial staff to other P&G markets than the other way around. 

P&G is also committed to company social cause, and we have donated over 300 million yuan (US$ 48 million) to various charity causes in China in the area of education, healthcare and disaster relief.  As an example, P&G so far has contributed over 83 million yuan to Project Hope in building and improving 200 P&G Hope Schools in 28 provinces and autonomous regions, and is the multinational company with the largest number of Hope Schools in China.
